Team: Placement Provision and Support
This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of our team and provide support across the organisation. We pay an attractive salary of £47,181 - £50,269 and offer access to training and development opportunities.
We are expanding our residential provision and seeking a dedicated Team Manager to lead one of our regulated children’s homes. This is a vital role, providing strong leadership, ensuring high-quality care, and meeting all CIW and RISCA regulatory requirements. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the home, support and develop the staff team, and ensure children experience safety, stability and meaningful relationships alongside our MyST residential service. This post offers the opportunity to shape a new provision, drive practice excellence, and make a real difference to children’s lives.
Qualifications
- Excellent working knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance, research and good practice in Children’s Services.
- Significant experience in a residential care setting at a senior level.
- Full UK Category B (Cars) driving licence and the use of a motor vehicle insured for business / work purposes to travel throughout the borough to undertake home visits, to transport children, young people and parents / carers during the week.
