We are recruiting a Team Leader at Caerphilly County Borough Council.
Working hours: 37. Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time. Location: Penallta House / Highways House. Team: Highway Services.

Shape developments that protect communities and the environment, while guiding a skilled technical team. Ensure applications for approval and adoption are processed fairly, effectively and in an efficient manner.

For the role, we ask that you have:
- Relevant Level 4, 5 or 6 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales (CQFW).
- Proven ability to provide technical advice and guidance to team members, other departments and external organisations.
- Experience in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of SuDS or Natural Flood Management.
