Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering services to children and young people in accordance with their assessed needs, based on the assessment plan which has been agreed to meet those needs, and in accordance with statutory and directorate requirements.
- You will provide high quality assessment and/or care management to children and families who have been assessed as requiring ongoing intervention while reviewing progress within statutory timescales ensuring plans for children are achieving the identified outcomes.
Qualifications
- A Diploma/Degree in Social Work or predecessor qualification.
- Up to date knowledge of current legislation and statutory regulations, research and practice in relation to the relevant service area.
- Experience of multi-agency working.
- Full UK Category B (Cars) driving licence and the use of a motor vehicle insured for business purposes to travel throughout the borough to attend meetings.
