This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of our team and provide support across the organisation. We pay an attractive salary of £17,638.73 - £18,523.66 and offer access to training and development opportunities.

We are looking for a motivated Road Safety Projects Officer to lead the operational development and delivery of Education, Training and Publicity (ETP) road safety projects that support the priorities of Welsh Government and Caerphilly County Borough Council. You will work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external partners to plan and deliver effective road safety initiatives, with a strong focus on safeguarding and the safety of children. This is a key role for someone who is organised, partnership-focused and passionate about making a positive impact on road safety across our communities.

Qualifications

  • A Relevant Level 3 qualification
  • Awareness of road safety education, training and publicity initiatives
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • A full UK Category B (Cars) driving licence and the use of a motor vehicle insured for business purposes to travel throughout the borough
