Social Care Workers in London

This rewarding role involves providing person-centered support and promoting choice, dignity, and independence. A driving licence is essential, as you will be required to support individuals using their own vehicle to access activities, appointments, and social opportunities. • The ability to achieve a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care within an agreed timescale.
• An understanding of the principles that underpin a quality care environment i.e. Privacy, dignity, respect, choice, independence and rights.
• The Ability to work shifts on a rota basis, and work flexibly, including weekends, bank holidays and sleep in duties.
• Experience with people who require support and assistance with all aspects of personal care, daily living and social skills., We are legally required to ask you to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK. Successful applicants are required to provide appropriate documentation such as a birth certificate, passport or work permit in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
