We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to lead the Council's strategic approach to equalities and Welsh language compliance. You will provide expert advice to senior leaders, oversee delivery of the Strategic Equality Plan and Welsh Language Strategy, manage a specialist team and translation service, and work with regulators and partners to ensure the Council meets its statutory responsibilities. - A relevant Level 6 qualification
We are recruiting a Senior Policy Officer (Equalities, Welsh Language and Consultation) at Caerphilly County Borough Council., Knowledge of the legal frameworks that govern the public sector response to equalities and Welsh language issues. - Advanced Welsh language skills.
- Experience of working with a network of stakeholders and regulators.
