This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of our team and provide support across the organisation. We pay an attractive salary of £31,537 - £34,434 and offer access to training and development opportunities.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Caerphilly Employment Support team for a Participant Support and Engagement Officer. The post holder will aim to provide support to the wider employability programme to assist with capacity building and addressing the many barriers to employment that customers face.
The post holders will also be responsible for taking a lead on communications, both promoting the programme and engaging new participants, through a range of creative engagement methods. The successful candidates will play a leading role in developing engagement activity for the employment programmes and will work with Employment Mentors to identify and address participants' basic practical employability needs, including supporting participants to address basic practical barriers, such as establishing email accounts, gaining appropriate ID, developing budgeting skills, etc.
