We are recruiting an Estate Ranger at Caerphilly County Borough Council.
Working hours: 37 hours per week.
Contract type: 2 x Full Time, Permanent.
Location: Community Based.
Team: Housing Services – Community Housing Service.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team who are key in keeping our communal areas and wider communities clean and safe.
Role Overview
The post holder will provide excellent peripatetic estate management and street cleansing services, ensuring relevant premises and environments are safe, secure, and clean. The role is varied with no two days the same, working in our communities closely with housing and cleansing colleagues to make our estates and communities an attractive and safe place to live.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Full UK Category C1 (Medium sized vehicles) driving licence allowing driving of vehicles weighing between 3,500 and 7,500 kg.
- Knowledge of the County Borough and the services provided by Caerphilly Homes and the Waste Management Service.
- The ability to listen to and understand the needs of residents and support them in a sensitive and effective manner, respecting and responding to diverse needs.
