We are recruiting a Planner at Caerphilly County Borough Council.
Working hours: 37
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Working hours can be split between home and office depending on specific task requirements.
Team: Assets, Maintenance & Repairs
This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of our team and provide support across the organization. We pay an attractive salary of £28,598 - £31,022 and offer access to training and development opportunities.
The successful candidate will be asked to effectively organise and co‑ordinate a team of trade staff, Surveyors and programmes of works via a dynamic scheduling system, overseeing diaries to schedule available work for the most efficient deployment, to meet customer needs and ensure operatives and Surveyors are continually employed. As part of the role, you will need to proactively plan future workloads, taking account of availability in the wider context of AMR functions.
Qualifications:- A Relevant Level 3 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales.
- Good knowledge of organisational and financial management systems.
- Good customer service skills to ensure customers’ needs and expectations are met.
