Overview
We are recruiting an Adult Tutor at Caerphilly County Borough Council.
Location: Oxford House
Team: Adult Community Learning
Contract Type: Casual / Relief
Working hours: 0
Salary: £16.35 per hour. We offer access to training and development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver courses to groups of adult learners in a variety of locations.
- Complete quality paperwork, as requested.
- Complete accreditation with adult learners, as appropriate.
- Work as part of the ACL tutor team.
Qualifications
- A Teaching qualification (preferably PGCE/Cert Ed/B Ed)
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Experience in delivering learning programmes to adults, as appropriate
- Full UK Category B (Cars) driving licence and the use of a motor vehicle insured for business/work purposes to travel throughout the borough to provide classes
