Caer Rhun Hall is a stunning country house hotel in the heart of the Conwy Valley, renowned for its warm hospitality, elegant surroundings, and unforgettable weddings and events. We are now seeking an experienced and passionate Duty Manager (Part Time) to join our team.

This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on food, beverage, weddings and events ensuring that every guest enjoys exceptional service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage breakfast service, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality presentation, and excellent guest satisfaction.
  • Act as the Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the hotel and team during your shift.
  • Support and assist in the delivery of weddings and events, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
  • Motivate, train, and lead the front-of-house team to deliver our high standards.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards at all times.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or duty manager role within hospitality is essential.
  • Strong background in food & beverage operations, with knowledge of breakfast and banqueting service.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example.
  • A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and events as required.
