  3. Manage vendor relationships, including contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
  4. Monitor and control budgets, optimizing cost-effective maintenance and repair solutions.
  5. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining high service standards.
  6. Conduct regular facility inspections and coordinate necessary repairs or improvements.
  7. Collaborate with teams to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
