Ensure the team delivers compelling technical presentations, demos, and proof‑of‑concept engagements tailored to airline and operator needs. Support the sales process with strong technical credibility and customer‑facing expertise.
- Solution Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of our aviation operations portfolio, including Crew Management, Flight Planning, Operations Control, and Disruption Management solutions. Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for airline executives and operational teams. Guide customers through technical evaluations and solution design discussions.
- Industry Engagement: Stay current on aviation regulations, operational challenges, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI‑driven disruption prediction, cloud‑native architectures). Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer workshops as a trusted technical advisor.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management to provide field insights that influence roadmap priorities. Collaborate with Marketing on messaging, positioning, and aviation‑specific solution content. Partner with Professional Services to ensure smooth handoff from pre‑sales to implementation.
- Operational Excellence: Define KPIs for Sales Engineering performance and track progress against goals. Optimize processes, tools, and workflows for scalability and efficiency across global teams. Ensure consistent delivery quality across all customer engagements.
