Join our Pelesys Sales Team and be part of CAE's growing Aviation Digital Solutions team as a Sales Manager, bringing innovative solutions to airlines and operators worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and strive to exceed sales quotas through direct sales of Pelesys software products and services.
  • Manage and grow your assigned territory effectively.
  • Develop and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to target potential accounts.
  • Manage sales pipeline accurately and execute sales plans.
  • Engage prospective customers with technical product info and demos.
  • Attend conferences and organize regional sales events to promote products and generate leads.
  • Maintain current knowledge of CAE Pelesys products, services, and competitors.
  • Establish and follow sales policies, pricing, and best practices.
  • Become proficient in Training Management System services.
  • Uphold high standards of integrity and respect for colleagues and clients.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Completed College Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of software sales experience, preferably in the airline industry.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities of varying complexity.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in a global multinational company is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
