CAE is seeking a Training Manager at our London Gatwick Training Centre in Crawley to oversee simulator-based training across the assigned fleet and region, delivering training in line with CAE standards and regulatory requirements.
Reporting to the Manager Training Services, you will supervise instructors, develop capabilities, and coordinate with scheduling, regulatory, technical, customer service, and sales teams to ensure safe, effective, and customer-focused training.
