Maintenance Instructor (Contract)

CAE, the worldwide leader in aviation training, is seeking a UK or EU-based Contract Maintenance Training Instructor to join our Business Aviation Maintenance Training Team.

About This Role

As a Maintenance Instructor (Contract), you will work as part of a team dedicated to providing aircraft maintenance training on products manufactured by the world\’s largest OEMs. You will utilize extensive aviation maintenance experience, technical training expertise, and computer skills to develop, deliver, and maintain multimedia and computer-assisted courseware packages.

This position is customer-facing, focusing on identifying and supporting customer needs and requests. You will deliver training at various locations and manage a broad range of issues autonomously, using instructional aids including multimedia presentations, aircraft components, and simulators.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience working on Bombardier, Gulfstream, Dassault Falcon, or instructor experience on commercial aircraft or business jets
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in aerospace or related industry
• Knowledge of mechanical or avionic aircraft systems related to the area of responsibility
• Ability to resolve customer instructional issues autonomously
• Proficiency in basic computer software programs
