We are looking for someone to join our Operations Quality, Compliance and Governance team to provide day‑to‑day administration, control, and technical support for CAE’s Safety and Quality systems to ensure stable, secure, and compliant operation across global users in all of CAE’s business segments. You will be required to attend your designated training centre during your initial onboarding period, as well as be present in the office as needed for meetings and project work; however, this role does not require daily office attendance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • 30% – System Administration & Configuration Control: Administer Safety and Quality systems (e.g., Centrik) in accordance with defined governance standards. Configure workflows, fields, templates, and system parameters as approved, ensuring consistency across environments and regions.
  • 25% – User Access, Security & Compliance Controls: Manage user provisioning, role‑based access, permissions, and de‑provisioning in line with access control policies and segregation‑of‑duties requirements. Maintain audit‑ready records of system access, configuration changes, and approvals. Support internal and external audits relating to system controls and access governance.
  • 20% – Change Execution & Release Support: Execute approved system changes, updates, and enhancements under the direction of the line manager. Support testing, validation, and deployment activities, ensuring alignment with formal change management processes. Maintain accurate change logs and supporting documentation.
  • 15% – Data Quality, Integrity & Operational Support: Monitor system data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Perform routine validation checks, data clean‑up, and corrective actions to ensure integrity. Provide structured technical support to users, including troubleshooting system issues and responding to usage queries.
  • 10% – Documentation & Operational Readiness: Maintain system administration documentation, including configuration records, user guides, and standard operating procedures. Support training activities through preparation of technical materials and assistance with system demonstrations where required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience administering enterprise systems, preferably within Safety, Quality, Compliance, or other regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of user access management, role‑based permissions, and basic information security principles.
  • Hands‑on experience with workflow‑driven systems, form configuration, and system parameter management.
  • Familiarity with controlled change management processes and system governance frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of data quality principles, validation techniques, and reporting outputs.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and audit tools.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience within an airline or aviation training organization.
  • Familiarity with aviation related regulations (e.g. EASA Part ORA, Part FCL, Part FSTD).
  • Understanding of Safety Management Systems (SMS).
