As the Leader of Global Naval Market Development, you will be at the forefront of strategic transformation, driving multiâmillion dollar deals and leading crossâregional teams to deliver industryâdefining solutions for naval forces worldwide.
We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive our Naval business line, bridging the gap between advanced technical capabilities and evolving customer requirements. You will lead a virtual, crossâfunctional team to deliver industryâleading, differentiated solutions that maintain our competitive edge in core and adjacent markets. Success will be measured against the virtual P&L performance of your business line.
You will leverage your experience in military naval operational readiness training and operations, bringing a deep understanding of complex mission training environments and requirements for naval mission readiness. Partnership management with OEMs and key industry players is a must.

What You'll Do- Lead Strategic Growth: Spearhead the capture and shaping of complex, highâvalue opportunities in OEM and governmental environments, leveraging your deep expertise in the naval sector and proven business acumen.
- Build and Inspire Teams: Motivate and guide a highâperforming, virtual team of professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation across regions and disciplines.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Define and execute a business plan measured against a virtual P&L, ensuring our solutions remain differentiated, competitive, and aligned with customer needs.
- Deliver Impactful Solutions: Oversee the development and alignment of solutions and B&P teams, ensuring high PWIN across the pipeline and strategic operational intelligence.
- Champion Innovation: Lead funding mechanisms for emerging technology needs, and identify opportunities for R&D investment that directly address evolving customer requirements.
- An individual with significant credibility in maritime warfighting capability generation with a senior military and corporate audience.
- A visionary leader with at least 10 years' experience in business development, capture management, sales, proposal, or program management within the naval sector.
- An exceptional communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders at every levelâemployees, customers, and partners alike.
- A strategic thinker with the agility to make sound decisions in fastâmoving, competitive environments, even under uncertainty.
