About This Role

Are you ready to take your career to new heights? We’re searching for an experienced ex‑military pilot to become a C‑27J Pilot Instructor at RAAF Base Amberley, just outside vibrant Brisbane. This is your chance to shape the next generation of pilots, with full relocation support and a work visa provided.

Your Mission

• Report to the C‑27J Key Account Manager and Lead Instructor, supporting the Spartan Pilot Initial Qualification (PIQ) Course and advanced training programs.
• Deliver engaging mission briefs and debriefs.
• Provide hands‑on simulator instruction to C‑27J pilot students in a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art Flight Training Device.
• Collaborate with simulator maintenance teams to keep training equipment at peak performance.
• Help develop and continuously improve training materials, ensuring our syllabus stays cutting‑edge.
