About This Role
Are you ready to take your career to new heights? We’re searching for an experienced ex-military pilot to become a C-27J Pilot Instructor at RAAF Base Amberley, just outside vibrant Brisbane. This is your chance to shape the next generation of pilots, with full relocation support and a work visa provided!

Elite Instruction: If you’ve flown and instructed on the C130, A400M, C17, or C27J, you’re exactly who we’re looking for. No C27J type rating? No problem—we’ll provide the training you need.
Security & Impact: Candidates must be from the UK, US, or Canada to meet security clearance requirements, ensuring you’ll play a key role in defense and security.
Your Mission:
- Report to the C-27J Key Account Manager and Lead Instructor, supporting the Spartan Pilot Initial Qualification (PIQ) Course and advanced training programs.
- Deliver engaging mission briefs and debriefs.
- Provide hands-on simulator instruction to C-27J pilot students in a brand-new, state-of-the-art Flight Training Device.
- Collaborate with simulator maintenance teams to keep training equipment at peak performance.
- Help develop and continuously improve training materials, ensuring our syllabus stays cutting-edge.
