Join our Business Aviation Training Centre in Burgess Hill as an Administrative Assistant within our Account Executive team. This 12‑month fixed‑term contract offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic, fast‑moving training environment, with potential for internal development.
In this role, you will provide key operational and administrative support, deliver a high level of customer service, and help ensure the successful delivery of simulator training for our private jet training programmes.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative and operational support to the Account Executive team within a fast‑paced Business Aviation Training Centre environment.
- Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring accurate data entry into Salesforce and Gemini, including generating reports as required.
- Provide temporary cover for Account Executives during leave periods, supporting the management of customer accounts.
- Assist with payment collection, including client check‑in and COD payment processing.
- Ensure all required training paperwork (TCAs) is complete and up to date; contact clients to confirm training details and documentation.
- Support Account Executives with booking activities, pricing updates, and day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
- This is an entry‑level role; experience in a customer or client relations position is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy team environment and support colleagues.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with an outgoing and proactive approach.
- Ability to work onsite in Burgess Hill.
- Motivation to progress into an Account Executive role within a sales‑driven environment.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced operational or training delivery environment.
