We are looking to engage a Windows System Administrator for a 3 month contract which may also extend. Our client is a financial institution in London.
System administration tasks:
- Password resets
- Workstation setup
- Troubleshooting issues with Microsoft Office, Office 365, Outlook and Windows 10
- Printer issues
- Peripheral replacements for end users
- Managing VOIP phone system
- Computer peripheral replenishment: Keyboards, cables, mice, phone chargers etc.
Administrative tasks:
- Expense reports
- Assist with invoice approvals by helping to organise order forms, invoices and receipts
- Assist with purchases of equipment and services
- Asset disposal / sale
- Vendor database maintenance
- Asset database maintenance + asset tagging
- Desk moves
- Mobile Phones: purchasing, arranging repairs, ordering service contracts, enrolling mobile apps and security
