Job Description:
Due to an upcoming retirement we are recruiting an experienced Chartered Structural Engineer to lead the CADS engineering software development business and oversee our Engineering Services Division which provides 2D & 3D reinforcement detailing, BIM modelling and structural design services to an enviable list of UK clients.
In addition to a strong technical background the successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, driven & charismatic individual with a vision of how Buildings and Structures should be designed and constructed in the future. You may also have a strong academic background / specialism in the design of building structures, including e.g. advanced computational methods and AI and may even already work for a rival software developer!
Required skills:
Experience of technical leadership, training, mentoring, motivating and managing teams along with developing and managing strong client relationships and business opportunities would be to your advantage.
