Location: Remote or Hybrid – Great Yarmouth Head Office
Hours: Full time – 40 hours per week, adapting working hours to deliver implementations within client time zones, UK and occasional international travel.
Job Purpose: To support the prospect pipeline and ensure new StoreSpace customers are onboarded swiftly, completing all required administration and processes accurately and within required timescales. Assist the Client Success Specialist (CSS) during implementations and attend discovery calls, ensuring all agreed actions are completed. Attend monthly client success calls post-implementation and help ensure clients are using StoreSpace comprehensively, building a close relationship with our key contacts, and ultimately ensuring all clients renew their subscriptions. Through all aspects of client engagement, ensure ideas for product improvements are captured and evaluated in collaboration with the StoreSpace Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities:
- Ensuring all prospect, existing client and opportunity data held in the CRM is accurate and up to date.
- Attending discovery calls with new clients to ensure their requirements are captured and delivered.
- Attending meetings/calls with existing clients, document all actions and ensure these are followed up within agreed timescales.
- Assisting in ensuring all clients are using StoreSpace correctly and to its fullest extent.
- Analysing usage to identify potential knowledge gaps and opportunities.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of StoreSpace and its practical application for our clients.
- Helping train internal teams on new StoreSpace functionality ahead of version release.
- Ensuring all training materials are up to date and include ‘real use’ examples.
- Propose ideas and help create content for new feature / training / marketing videos.
Required Skills:
- Ideally an expert in the use of AutoCAD.
- Ideally has retail space planning expertise.
- Competent user of Microsoft products.
- Aptitude to take on new software.
