We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading Main Dealership group in Cardiff, representing some of the most thrilling automotive brands in the UK. What this company offers: * Competitive £23,000 basic, rising to £24,000 after 12 months * Uncapped OTE of £45–50,000 * Clear opportunities for career progression * 5 day working week in a very busy, fast-paced operation * No company car initially, but CBS offered after probation Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm * Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm * Sunday: Closed Your Role: As a Car Sales Executive, your main goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while converting enquiries into confirmed sales.
