The role involves supporting the Customs team with the day-to-day management of import and export formalities. This includes preparing and submitting customs entries, issuing accurate clearance instructions to relevant stakeholders, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and ensuring all activities comply with current customs regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Log all import and export shipments accurately
- Prepare and submit CDS customs declarations (training provided)
- Assist with customs paperwork administration and coordination
- Monitor shipment status and update relevant records
- Communicate with freight forwarders and customs officials as needed
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies
- Support the customs team with daily operational tasks
- Maintain organised and up-to-date documentation
