Responsibilities
- Review and assess final warranty documentation to ensure adherence to insurer guidelines and compliance standards.
- Maintain and organise filing systems and databases, mainly Dropbox and SharePoint, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond promptly to email inquiries from scheme administrators, providing professional and efficient support.
- Conduct credit and financial checks to align with insurer requirements and company policies.
- Review and analyse survey reports and inspection documents.
- Monitor and meet team service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely task completion.
Qualifications
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good numerical skills together with knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Dropbox.
- Good organisational skills combined with an ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
- Willingness to attend training and learn new skills.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, insurers and scheme administrators via email/telephone.
- Organisational and time management abilities to meet deadlines.
- 1+ years of work experience within administration.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in the insurance or construction industry is a plus.
- Working in an FCA regulated environment.
Full time position - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. 25 days paid holiday, plus bank holidays and 3 days for Christmas shutdown. Hybrid/Remote - Office is based in Torpoint.
