Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and commercially focused Account Development Executive to join our Internal Sales team, based at our Swindon office. The role is primarily office‑based, with occasional travel to visit customers as required. This role is ideally suited to someone with a minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in internal sales, account development, customer service, or a similar commercial role. You’ll be confident managing customer relationships, handling quotations and inquiries, maintaining accurate CRM records, and proactively supporting business growth opportunities. A key part of this role is developing strong knowledge of our materials and their applications. You will be trained to understand our product range in depth so you can confidently support customers with material selection and application advice. Working closely with customers and colleagues across the business, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting account growth and ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry through to order completion.
