This calls for an elite blend of skills and expertise. You need to be a technically outstanding, collaborative, track‑aware Simulation Engineer who combines robust systems understanding with motorsport sharpness. You will:
- Design and validate simulation models for suspension, cooling, hydraulic, and brake systems
- Create and supervise test programs in collaboration with Design and Test & Validation teams
- Be a strong advocate of quick design iterations, rapid decision‑making and high reliability expectations
- Drive continuous improvement, pushing the boundaries of vehicle performance in the competitive world of Formula 1® racing

What do you need to bring to the team?
We are an ambitious team in which every individual has autonomy, responsibility and visibility. You will impact on everything from design application through to on‑track decision‑making. You must have:
- Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics and thermofluid principles
- Proficiency in tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, Simpack (or equivalents) and data analysis tools (MATLAB, Python, CAN‑based tools)
- Significant experience in F1®, F2/F3, WEC, or similar high‑performance motorsport environment, including extensive insight into the simulation of:
- Suspension systems (kinematics and compliance, dampers/springs)
- Cooling and thermal systems
- Hydraulic and steering systems
- Brake system performance
- Power unit systems
