Please Note: This is a Night Shift position working 4 days x 10 hours Monday – Thursday from 6pm – 4:30am.
We are looking for a dedicated Composite Laminator to join the team at our new Silverstone facility. In this role, you will be responsible for the lamination of composite components, contributing to the overall production quality and efficiency of our racing vehicles. Your expertise will help maintain high standards while supporting the team’s goals for performance and innovation.
Responsibilities- Follow detailed work instructions and technical specifications to ensure product conformity
- Prepare materials and set up equipment needed for lamination
- Inspect and test composite components for quality and accuracy prior to assembly
- Collaborate with the assembly team to ensure smooth integration of laminated components
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations
- Report any issues or defects to supervisors and suggest improvements as needed
- Experience in composite laminating, preferably in motorsport, F1® or aerospace industries
- Knowledge of composite materials and their properties
- Familiarity with hand layup and vacuum bagging techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Attention to detail and strong quality control mindset
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and best practices
- Laser Projection experience (Preferred)
- De-Molding Parts / Molds ready for Trim Shop / Post Cure
- Experience operating Auto claves
