As a Parts Dispatch Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of our logistical operations, ensuring that every part arrives exactly where it needs to be—on time, every time. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our race performance, helping our drivers and strategists maximize their potential on the track.
- Work closely with the transport team to manage and prepare last-minute part deliveries.
- Receive, inspect, and meticulously organize parts for delayed shipments.
- Coordinate hand luggage shipments in collaboration with Project Delivery, race parts logistics, and stores.
- Pack, seal, and load airfreight for late deliveries, ensuring secure and efficient transportation.
- Prepare and issue export documentation based on case packing details.
- Collaborate with the track logistics department to ensure smooth delivery and logistics at race events.
- Assist with annual inventory checks to maintain precise stock records.
- Oversee the receipt of returned parts from race events and ensure their efficient handover to relevant departments.
- Manage IFS booking of parts, contribute to in-house IFS projects, and support the maintenance of IFS master data.
- Support inventory tracking to uphold accuracy and efficiency in stock management.

- Background in administration with a technical focus, ideally from the automotive or motorsport industry, with additional qualifications in logistics or a technical field.
- Proven experience in logistics or administrative roles within global events or motorsport operations, including knowledge of freight documentation and IFS.
- Hands-on experience in high-tech environments, particularly within motorsport, with a strong understanding of supply chain management and parts handling.
- A strategic, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think ahead and develop cost-effective, innovative solutions.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-pressure team environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of logistics and parts management.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively across teams.
