Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed analysis and optimization of complex structures and assemblies to ensure performance, safety, and reliability
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide technical guidance to other FEA Engineers
  • Develop and enhance analysis tools, workflows, and methodologies to improve FEA efficiency and accuracy, in collaboration with the Lead CAE Engineer
  • Create, manage, and maintain engineering databases to support structural analysis activities and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate closely with design, aerodynamics, and manufacturing teams to ensure analysis results are fully integrated into high-performance engineering solutions

Qualifications

  • A degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering) or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in Formula 1 or other motorsport industries
  • Experience of FEA
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.)
  • Positively contribute to an open and inclusive culture
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
