An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Travel Coordinator to join the Cadillac Formula 1® Team, reporting directly to the Travel Manager. The role will arrange, coordinate, and manage comprehensive travel itineraries for team members based in both the UK and the US. The Travel Coordinator will ensure seamless end‑to‑end travel logistics—booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, car hire, and visas—supporting the team’s operational efficiency in a high‑performance environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and manage travel itineraries for team members in the UK and the US, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, car hire, and visas.
  • Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and approved budgets, maintaining detailed records of travel arrangements and expenses.
  • Maintain all traveling team members' profiles, keeping personal data up to date (loyalty cards, frequent flyer details, visa information).
  • Manage passport renewals and visa processing for Grand Prix and ad‑hoc business travel.
  • Arrange international driving permits for primary and secondary drivers.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to approved travel requests, including hotel, flight, and credit card reconciliations, purchase requisitions, and invoices.
  • Provide out‑of‑hours contact for all travel arranged by the role.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing travel arrangements in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently while prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Effective time management skills and meticulous attention to detail, managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels, committed to delivering excellent service.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and solve problems.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Sabre or a similar GDS platform.
  • Prior experience in Formula 1® or another sports team.
