Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining robust production delivery schedules fully aligned with design release milestones
- Working together with the Design Project Planner to ensure one integrated plan covering design through to production
- Collaborating with Production Delivery leads, manufacturing teams, and build areas to coordinate resources and capacity
- Tracking progress, highlighting risks, and reporting on project status to stakeholders
- Supporting workflow optimization and driving continuous improvement across production delivery processes
- Building strong cross-functional relationships to enable seamless delivery of cars and upgrades
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in production planning within a fast-paced, high-performance engineering or motorsport environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, resource planning, and capacity management
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex timelines
- Proficient in planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and align across departments
- A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach to processes and workflows
