In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team working across the Model Shop and Wind Tunnel environments to manufacture, assemble, and test high-quality components for aerodynamic development and wind tunnel testing. At Cadillac Formula 1® Team, we aspire to be the absolute best in every aspect of our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture wind tunnel model parts and assemblies to the highest standards while meeting demanding project deadlines
  • Support the Model Shop team in managing workloads and achieving departmental targets
  • Build and maintain complex mechanical assemblies for wind tunnel models
  • Identify technical issues and assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities
  • Collaborate with Model Design Engineers to improve the efficiency, functionality, and quality of model changes and components
