This is a dual-role position supporting the race team during the F1 season and providing operational cover at the factory when not travelling. The role involves managing parts and equipment at trackside, assisting with pit stop operations, and supporting both Main Stores and Parts Dispatch, including occasional van runs.

Race Season (Travelling):

· Set up and manage the travelling parts store at race events.

· Receive, issue, and track parts used during race weekends.

· Assist with pit stop operations (e.g., tyre handling, equipment readiness).

· Support garage setup and teardown.

· Help with packing and shipping parts to and from events.

When Not Travelling (Factory-Based):

Main Stores Cover:

· Support goods-in and goods-out processes.

· Carry out stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy.

· Organise and store parts safely and efficiently.

· Assist with occasional van runs for local collections and deliveries.

Parts Dispatch Support:

· Pick, pack, and dispatch parts for internal and external use.

· Prepare shipments for events and customer deliveries.

· Ensure all dispatch documentation is accurate and complete.

· Experience in stores, warehouses, or logistics roles.

· Good attention to detail and organisation.

· Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines.

· Forklift license and manual handling experience preferred.

· Full UK driving licence required.
