You will play a crucial role in the assembly, servicing, and maintenance of high-performance sub-assemblies. Your meticulous approach will directly contribute to the performance, reliability, and safety of the car — ensuring components are delivered to exacting standards.
Working closely with the Race Team and Engineering departments, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate build documentation, supporting rigorous development and testing programmes, and championing continuous improvement in component performance and reliability.

• Assemble, service, and maintain hydraulic/damper sub-assemblies to the highest quality standards
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate build records, ensuring full traceability and compliance with technical documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the timely delivery of components for car build and race operations
• Maintain workshop tooling, rigs, and general workspace organisation to promote efficiency and cleanliness
• Service and maintain pit equipment, ensuring reliability across all test and race environments

What do you need to bring to the team?

• Proven background in the assembly and servicing of Formula 1 or high-level motorsport components, with hands-on expertise in hydraulics, dampers
• Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and follow detailed build procedures with exceptional precision
• A proactive, methodical, and analytical approach to fault diagnosis and technical challenges
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Flexible, resilient, and collaborative, with a strong commitment to team success and operational excellence
• Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety standards and a personal commitment to working safely at all times
