We are currently seeking a Stores Driver to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient movement, delivery and storage of goods, equipment and materials across the business. You will work closely with the Stores and Logistics teams to ensure deliveries are completed safely, professionally and on time, while maintaining the highest standards of conduct and compliance. Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport goods, equipment and materials between the factory, external locations and European races and/or suppliers as required.
  • Load, unload and check deliveries accurately, ensuring correct records are maintained.
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness in line with procedures.
  • Ensure fitness to drive, declaring any illness, fatigue, medication or medical conditions to the Stores and Logistics Manager.
  • Uphold zero tolerance for aggressive driving, confrontation or misconduct.
  • Support stock control, goods‑in and goods‑out activities.
  • Assist with inventory management, organisation and accurate storage.
  • Provide Factory support to the Stores team when required.
  • Support Operations and Logistics teams with additional duties as required.
  • Wear issued team kit and PPE as required.
  • Comply with the Drug and Alcohol Policy, including testing where required.
  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.

What do you need to bring to the team?

  • Previous experience in a driving or logistics role is preferred.
  • Proven driving experience and a full clean UK driving licence.
  • Good knowledge of safe driving practices and road safety regulations.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast‑paced team environment.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexible and reliable approach to working hours and responsibilities.
  • Ability to safely lift and move goods where required.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining standards.
  • Professional attitude with a strong focus on safety, conduct and teamwork.
  • Basic IT skills and confidence completing delivery or inventory documentation.
