As part of the People Support team, providing key HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. This role provides the critical ‘engine room’ and core fundamentals for our employees, delivered with exceptional service, accuracy and pace.
- Deliver end-to-end HR operational support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
- Own and manage onboarding processes, ensuring all pre-employment checks, documentation, and system access are completed accurately and on time.
- Produce and maintain employee lifecycle documentation, including contracts, variations, letters, and system updates.
- Maintain HR systems, manual records, trackers, and the Learning Management System, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Collate, validate, and submit accurate payroll data and support the administration of employee benefits in line with deadlines.
- Coordinate inductions and provide administrative support for learning, development, and employee activation initiatives.
- Manage visa sponsorship and right-to-work processes in compliance with employment and immigration regulations.
- Act as a first point of contact for routine employee queries, delivering timely, high-quality People & Culture support.
- Support reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within the People & Culture function.
What do you need to bring to the team?
- Proven experience in an HR coordination, HR administration, or People Operations role within a fast-paced or high-performance environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, and payroll inputs.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience maintaining HR systems, employee records, and learning management platforms with high attention to detail.
- Confidence working with payroll data, trackers, and external payroll providers.
- Strong Excel skills, including data collation, analysis, and reporting.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities at pace while maintaining accuracy.
- Professional, discreet, and trusted to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and service-oriented approach.
