The Paint Coordinator ensures painted parts move through production smoothly, supporting collaboration across build activities and helping teams stay on track against critical deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Raise, coordinate and ensure closure of internal orders for all painted car parts
- Act as the central point of contact for all paint activities, coordinating with the paint shop and internal stakeholders
- Plan and track the status of all paint orders and communicate timelines with production teams
- Support scheduling and readiness of painted parts for assembly deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams and the paint shop to resolve paint-related issues promptly
- Coordinate components, inventory, and workflow for all painted parts across build and track activities
Qualifications
- Experience working to very tight deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Knowledge of process, inventory control, and workflow planning
- Proven experience of supplier-facing and cross-functional coordination with production teams
Desirable
- Experience coordinating paint operations within a fast-paced production environment
- Experience working with ERP systems and service orders
- Previous work in motorsport production environments
- Knowledge of F1® composite parts and assemblies
