Please Note: This is a Night Shift position working 4 days x 10 hours Monday – Thursday from 6pm – 4:30am.

We are looking for a Composite Trim and Assembly Team Lead to take charge of a team responsible for the assembly of composite components. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our assembled parts meet the highest standards of quality and performance.   • Lead, motivate, and supervise a trim and assembly team during your shift, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
