Please Note: This is a Weekend Shift position working 3 days x 12 hours Friday – Sunday from 6am – 6:30pm.

We are looking for a Composite Laminating Team Lead to join The Cadillac Formula 1® Team at our Silverstone facility. In this role, you will lead and supervise the laminating team, ensuring that composite components are manufactured to the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position in a dynamic and innovative environment.

  • Oversee the daily operations of the laminating team, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on laminating techniques and best practices.
  • Monitor the laminating process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards throughout the laminating process.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure manufacturing feasibility and optimize processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report progress to management.
