Cadent Gas Ltd Job Purpose We are seeking a PMO Analyst to support our team by analyzing large datasets, drawing valid inferences, and presenting findings to management. You will communicate the benefits of your recommendations across departments, addressing any uncertainties. Your role involves understanding and documenting detailed business requirements, using data modeling to suggest strategic and operational improvements, and liaising with stakeholders to fully understand data content. With a broad knowledge of Cadent’s Core Policies and Procedures, you will ensure alignment with our operations. You will actively promote Cadent Values, contribute to a customer-oriented approach, and demonstrate an inclusive work ethic. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of the Capital Delivery Portfolio of Projects as part of the PMO team. Manage PMO processes, including Risk Management, Governance, Controls and Reporting, Resource Management, Information Management, Document Control, Scope Management, and Continuous Improvement. Ensure compliance with project lifecycle requirements and set standards for new projects. Lead the Document Control team, implementing best practices and tools across projects and programs. Provide guidance and support to Project Managers, including project controls and coordinating responses. Produce information and reports for governance meetings and ensure adherence to project methodologies and governance. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, contribute to continuous improvement, and manage the Change Control Process and Resource Management. Skills and Experience Qualifications: Educated to at least HNC/HND level or equivalent experience APM Project Management Qualification (APM PMQ) (desirable) Degree in Engineering or Project Management (desirable) Practical Experience: Experience operating within a PMO Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills Attention to detail and a proactive nature Knowledge of Project and Programme management Strong problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Document Control Systems such as Aconex and SharePoint Experience in the Construction and/or Gas Industry Project Management expertise Stakeholder Management skills Customer-focused approach
