Lead the planning and coordination that keeps our network running. We're recruiting a Planning and Scheduling Support professional to join our East of England network team on a 6 month fixed term contract. This role will be based out of our Aylestone Road office in Leicester, with occasional meetings at our head office in Ansty Business Park, Coventry.

As part of the Planning & Scheduling Support team, you will play a key role in organising and delivering work across Cadent. This role goes beyond booking appointments; it involves creating structures, maintaining accuracy, and coordinating operational activities to ensure efficient and safe execution. Working across functions, you will bring clarity, organisation and strong data discipline to processes that keep our network moving. You will help coordinate work, support scheduling activity, maintain accurate records, and ensure plans align with operational priorities. You will also support colleagues through coaching, collaboration and consistent ways of working. It's a great opportunity to step into a visible role where you will support continuous improvement, shape daily delivery and contribute to a team that is central to operational performance.
