At Cadent, we’re passionate about developing our people and driving transformation through impactful learning. We’re looking for a Learning Delivery Programme Advisor to partner our IT & Cyber Security teams to design, coordinate, and deliver learning initiatives that align with our strategic security operations goals and enable real behavioural and organisational change.

In this role, you’ll lead the coordination and delivery of learning programs, ensuring they’re aligned with business needs and embedded effectively across the organisation. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll assess learning and change requirements, support the development of communication and engagement strategies, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and with impact.

You’ll play a key role in supporting change and transformation projects, identifying areas for improvement, conducting impact assessments, and promoting best practice in learning and change management. By gathering insights and monitoring key performance indicators, you’ll help shape the future of learning and development at Cadent.

Skills and Experience

You’ll be passionate about learning and delivering value through developing skills and capability in organisations. You’ll bring experience in the full learning cycle, learning design and program delivery, supported by a relevant qualification or training. It’s essential that you’re confident engaging, challenging and influencing with stakeholders, managing multiple priorities, and delivering solutions that drive performance and adoption.

Excellent project management skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex information into accessible learning content are all key to success. Previous experience delivering training is highly desirable, especially within a corporate or transformation-focused setting.

It would be particularly beneficial if you bring knowledge or experience in IT or Cyber Security, as many of our programmes support technical upskilling and awareness in these critical areas. Experience in change management is a plus, as is familiarity with learning management systems and frameworks like Prosci or ADKAR. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tools is important, and certifications in learning and development, change management will be an advantage.
