We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join us on a 6 month fixed term basis. In this role, we want you to help drive Cadent’s IT & SecOps project by attracting top tech talent. This is your chance to make an impact, working on large-scale recruitment campaigns and delivering a first-class candidate experience.

  • Source & Attract: Headhunt IT & SecOps talent via social media, job boards, and industry networks.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Take briefs, challenge where needed, and shape effective marketing plans.
  • Deliver Top-Notch Candidate Care: Ensure a seamless experience with clear, timely feedback.
  • Support Talent Projects: Collaborate with colleagues on employer branding and D&I initiatives.
  • Advise & Guide: Coach managers on recruitment best practices.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in IT, SecOps, or technical recruitment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to advise and challenge.
  • Ability to manage large-scale campaigns and build talent pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
  • IT background or knowledge of tech roles is a plus.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications and applicant tracking/recruitment systems, along with documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
