Help shape safer, smarter gas services for the future. We're looking for a Technical Specialist to play a key role in delivering and evolving our Services Beyond the Meter programme. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a nationally impactful role, improving how gas installations are managed within customer properties. You'll help deliver safer outcomes, reduce avoidable emergency demand, and support innovative services that create real value. What you will bring:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline.
- Professional registration (or working towards it), such as Engineering Technician (EngTech) or Incorporated Engineer (IEng).
- Industry-recognised gas qualifications (e.g. CCN1, CKR1, CENWAT, HTR1, CMDDA1).
- LCT understanding and related qualifications desirable.
- Strong knowledge of gas systems within properties, including appliances and safety controls.
- Experience working with regulated gas installations and operations.
- Ability to lead and deliver projects across teams and stakeholders.
- Confidence using data to identify trends and drive improvements.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
