We're looking for an experienced and driven Planning & Scheduling Manager to lead our planning and control room function across the East Midlands. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring operational plans are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with customer and business expectations.

What you'll be doing
- Lead planning and control room operations
- Manage and develop the planning, scheduling, and control room team

- Oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment and efficiency
- Collaborate & drive delivery
- Work closely with internal teams, supply chain partners, and highway authorities

- Drive performance & continuous improvement
- Analyse performance data and identify areas for improvement
- Use MI and insights to support decision making and planning efficiency

Experience
- Proven experience in planning, scheduling, or programme management
- Experience working with MRP systems (essential)
