Play a vital role in the systems that keep Cadent operating safely and reliably. As a Control Engineer (systems) you will operate within the ECC technical office and be trained to be responsible for managing the ECC aspects of the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and telemetry networks, and for all maintenance and change management of the control room systems utilised in ensuring the safe and efficient control of the gas networks. You will be responsible for adherence to Cadent’s and ECC’s data strategy, ensuring knowledge and understanding of ECC data, and that relevant maintenance and change controls are in place. This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll collaborate closely with operational teams, system users and technical partners to maintain high standards of performance, reliability and system integrity.
