We have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Business Partner to join our Internal Communications & Engagement team, part of Centre of Excellence.
As a Communications Business Partner, you’ll deliver tailored advice and support for key stakeholders and business functions, translating strategy into clear objectives and creating compelling internal and external communications. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, lead colleague‑focused campaigns, support with external‑focused incidents and champion best practice across all communication channels.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or equivalent in communications or related discipline.
- Professional membership (e.g., Chartered Institute of Marketing, Institute of Internal Communications).
- Proven experience in internal / external communications, media relations, and change programmes.
Skills
- Excellent writing and presentation skills across multiple channels.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills.
